I can't talk about my love for Pouchong tea enough. As an Oolong lover, this is a green oolong. it is your literally bridge between green teas and oolong. It's very lightly oxidized, and grown in a very specific region in Taiwan. It's a delicate tea, but not too delicate. Minimal tannins. Naturally creamy. Holds up well to a double steep.
 
Steep: 180F 3-5minutes
